1. Does Kinetic ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world including the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and every country in Europe
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders to the US usually arrive within 10 business days after fulfillment. This means after you have received the shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
For customers in Alaska, Hawaï, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands please allow up to 20 business days. Shipping access is very limited.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
4. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@kineticsole.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
